SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process and are
shipped Monday to Friday.
Any Shipping time that may be quoted does not include the
processing time.
Although we have extensive stocks on hand, Occasionally we run
low and we may delay dispatching your order if we are expecting a
delivery within a few days.
Our Current company policy is that we will try to despatch bead
orders within 7 Days.
It is difficult to maintain high stock levels with this ever
changing environment,
especially with the factories changing their production runs as
well.
We will advise you directly as soon as possible if we have
trouble filling your order.
FREIGHT RATES
Elizabeth Kiing places no restrictions on the Countries to which
we ship.
When placing an order with us you are required to purchase a
method of delivery.
Postage is charged at a flat rate for deliveries to
Malaysia.
International orders are also charged at a flat rate with the
following conditions.
There may be times that items weigh more than our flat rate
shipping. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping
charges if necessary.
